What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, company name, phone number, email, city, crew size, website and any notes. When we run your office we also handle your customers' names, phone numbers, emails, call recordings, messages and job details so we can answer calls, book work and follow up for you.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about our services, set up and run your account, and improve how we serve you. We use your customers' information only to provide services to your company. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the work, including our CRM and phone platform, website hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI providers that power the receptionist. They process data only to provide those services.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while you are a customer and for up to 90 days after you leave, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by replying to any email from us. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
