Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

The service

Landscaper Back Office provides office services for landscaping companies, including call answering, websites, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, CRM setup and follow-up, as described in the plan you choose.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend, where you run ads, is billed separately and paid by you. If a payment fails, we'll retry for 7 days before pausing service.

Term

Plans are month to month. Service ends at the close of your paid month.

Your phone number and domain

Your business phone number and your domain stay yours. If you leave, we'll release your number to the carrier you choose and hand back access to your domain and website content within 30 days.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including prices, service areas and hours, and for following the laws that apply to your business and your marketing.

AI receptionist

Calls may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service. It follows the instructions and information you give us. It won't be perfect on every call, and you agree to review its summaries.

Limits

We provide the service as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, with venue in Davidson County.

Changes

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do.
